Separation is one of the worst incidents for any couple. In India, as with most individual issues, religion has rules for separate issues. The Hindu Marriage Act of 1955, Muslims by the Dissolving Muslim Marriages Act of 1939, Parsis by the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act of 1936 and Christians by the Indian Divorce Act of 1869 They manage the gap between Hindus, Buddhists, Sikhs, and Jains. The special marriage law of 1956 applies to considered and partisan unions. Types of Divorce Requests: In India, spouses can request separation by mutual consent, or each spouse can request separation without the other partner's permission.
